Cancellation & Refund Policy

Full Refund: Full refund (after deducting bank charges/payment processing fee) if a booking is cancelled more than 30 days prior to the check-in date.

50% Refund: 50% refund (after deducting bank charges/payment processing fee) if a booking is cancelled within 16 to 30 days prior to the check-in date.

No Refund: No refund if a booking is cancelled less than 15 days prior to the check-in date.

No-Show: No refund will be provided in case of failure to show up on the scheduled check-in date.

Refund Processing: All refunds will be processed within 15 working days from the date of receiving the customer's bank details required for processing the refund.

Booking for Public Holidays & Long Weekends

All bookings made for long weekends and public holidays are completely non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-amendable.

Any cancellation or amendment of such bookings will result in the forfeiture of the entire advance amount, and the Company will not be liable to provide any services against the forfeited advance.
