Cancellation & Advance Policy

A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. You can choose to enter your credit card details on our a secure server.

Credit cards will only be debited if one or more of the following conditions occur.

All Seasons ( except 23rd Dec 12 to 3rd Jan 13)

10% refundable amount (as per cancellation policy) of the total amount will be debited upon receiving the booking in order to confirm the reservation.

Cancellation before 15 days of arrival: 75% refund of advance amount paid.

Cancellation before 10 days of arrival: 50% refund of advance amount paid.

Cancellation before 07 days of arrival: 25% refund of advance amount paid.

Cancellation within 72 hours (03 days) of arrival: no refund of advance amount paid.

No show: Full charge, no refund.

Photo ID compulsory upon check in as per Govt Regulations

Check in time 14:00 hrs

Check out time 12:00 hrs

Cancellation/Retention Policy:

Between November and March:

Up to 10 days: no cancellation

Between 9 days to 5 days: 1 nights charge

Less than 4 days/ No Show: Full Retention

Between 23rd December to 3rd January,2026

Non refundable and non amendable basis.

Advance Policy:
Between November and March:

25% percent of the total amount may be charged anytime after booking.

100% percent of the total amount may be charged anytime after booking.
