Reservation Policy – Terms & Conditions

Check-In time is 2:00 pm & Check-Out time is 12:00 pm.

Inclusions:

Welcome drink upon arrival.

Buffet / TDH breakfast at our Restaurant between 7:00 am to 10:30 am.

Access to the Swimming Pool with appropriate swimwear.

2 half-litre bottles of packaged drinking water are provided once daily in the room.

Tea / Coffee maker in the room, replenished daily.

Unlimited use of Wi-Fi.

Hot water available.

Samsung HD smart TV’s in room.

Mini Bar in the room, chargeable as per consumption directly.

Child Policy:

Children over 5 years are charged according to property rates.

Cancellation Policy:

100% refund for cancellations 15 days prior to arrival.

50% refund for cancellations within 72 hours of arrival or for no-shows.

Refunds processed by Cheque one month after the request.

Non-refundable from December 23 to January 3 each year (2025 – 2089)

Payment Policy:

50% advance amount at the time of booking & 50% amount at the time of Check-In (Pre Payment Policy).

Guests must show valid photo identification at Check-In.

The Credit Card holder must be present.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations if fraudulent or inappropriate activity is detected, or if an error occurred in the reservation.

Outside Food & Beverages are not allowed on hotel premises & visitors are not allowed at the room and any restricted guest service areas.

Emergency Information:

Visitors are not permitted in guest rooms or private areas, only in the restaurant or Bar.

In case of emergency, we may relocate guest to our sister property with similar facilities.

Guests are directly responsible for any damage to Hotel property, including room linen and fixtures.

Child Policy:

Child below 5 years are complimentary. Proof of Birth required.

Child between 6 – 12 years is chargeable as rate sheet.

Children above 12 years are considered adults and charged as per the rate sheet.

Rooms:

The rooms offer free toiletries replenished daily, and Hot Water. It features central air-conditioning, a mini bar, an electronic safe, & a Smart HD Television. Facilities include a desk, Wake-up service, Iron on request, Towels, ironing facilities at an additional cost, Sockets near the bed, a Tea/Coffee maker, Tile flooring, a telephone, and Wi-Fi.
